· Medication Pickup
· Physical Fitness Programs (fees may be involved)
· Order Medical Equipment
· Living Wills (Medical Only)
· Power of Attorney (Medical Only)
· Legal Services Referral
We specialize in 7 areas of services, as follows:
· Referral Services
· Counseling Services (short term)
· Respite Care Services
· Monitoring of In-Place Services
· Homemaker Services (This service is based on a sliding scale fee, which is determined by client’s ability to pay)

Life for Seniors, Inc. will be a central or single source of contact for seniors and their families for a multitude of referral services
